- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional, for added freshness
Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, season the chicken with paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Combine Everything:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
