Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional, for added freshness

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, season the chicken with paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.

Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Combine Everything:

  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
  • Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
